Guaranteed Issue
Eligible employees ages 18-70 working 20 or more hours per week may enroll for up to $100,000 in coverage with no health questions. Eligible employees ages 71-75 will answer some health questions.
Life Insurance Benefits
A valuable life insurance benefit for your loved ones. This coverage is portable without penalty even if you change jobs or retire. This could be an important supplement to current life insurance that may terminate in the future.
Accelerated Life Insurance for Long-Term Care
Accelerated Life Insurance can offset the costs associated with long-term care services not covered by health insurance, disability, or Medicare. Comprehensive coverage means you can receive the benefit whether you are receiving care in your home, an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, or require adult day care.
