Guaranteed Issue
Eligible employees ages 18-70 working 20 or more hours per week may enroll for up to $100,000 in coverage with no health questions. Eligible employees ages 71-75 will answer some health questions.
Life Insurance Benefits

Accelerated Life Insurance for Long-Term Care
Accelerated Life Insurance can offset the costs associated with long-term care services not covered by health insurance, disability, or Medicare.
